No one mentioned Paul Ince. Despite how he left you can’t argue he didn’t have a top career, probably the best midfielder in the Premier league in the mid 90’s.

Tevez was that good that he immediately formed part of what was probably the best front 3 in Europe with Ronaldo & Rooney.
It maybe only have been short but he was as good as anyone in that time.

Since I first went to Upton Park in 1994, there have been many players that had previously been world class and were finishing their careers and some that went onto be world class. However being world class while at West Ham.

You could argue for Tevez and his contribution at the end of The Great Escape can not ever be denied, however that was not over a suatined period of time and his sty was only very brief.
